How 1% Increase With Your PPC Can Make Big Profits

Pay-Per-Click may be the greatest innovation in advertising in the last 50 years. The reason is obvious. Who wouldn't want drive visitors within hours or even minutes? It's like turning on a "traffic faucet" and who can help but love such a concept!

Here's the bad news though. The "Big 3" Search Engines (Google, Yahoo & MSN) have become so competitive that only the best PPC advertisers are able to turn a profit.

That's the reason why Google AdWords authorities can charge up to 9 hundred dollars a month, to give you the latest and best advice on how to "Swim with the Sharks without being eaten alive".

And let me add: The top PPC coaches are more than worth the price they charge, in my opinion. Unless you have a small PPC budget.

In this article I'm going to point you in a different direction with your PPC marketing. You can actually make nice PPC profits even by totally avoiding the "Big 3" Pay-Per-Click Networks. (Google, Yahoo, MSN)

But let me first share an interesting observation I have made with you, because it is something that directly relates to marketing with PPC.

Take a look at the world around you, and you'll notice something very interesting:

"The horse that wins the race by an inch gets the glory, the headlines and most of the price money." (The horse that ends up number 2, gets no headlines, very little glory and much less prize money.)

"The ice hockey goalie that is able to save 90-92 out of every 100 shots plays in the NHL with a fantastic yearly pay." (The ice hockey goalie that's "only" able to save "87-89" shots out of 100, plays in a lower league than NHL and makes a lot less money...)

"The marketer that "gets it" makes very good money." (The marketer that does NOT spend the time and money needed to become 1%, or WAY MORE, better than average is a big marketing failure.)

Testing and tweaking certain elements of your marketing message, headline, copy and even the layout can make a huge difference in the actual return on your investment. I've seen the very same in Pay Per Click world. If you're able to do PPC 1% better or smarter than the average PPC marketer, you have a great chance of success. Well known motivator Mike Litman calls it:

"The 1% Difference!"

Give this some serious thought. You need to be (at least) 1% better than the average marketer out there.
